PG-13 Version of ‘Deadpool 2’ Finally Has an Official Title and a Brand-New Release Date

The upcoming PG-13 version of Deadpool 2 now has got an official title and a new release date.  Originally scheduled to be released on December 21 against stiff competition like Aquaman and Bumblebee, the movie will now be released on December 12 and will titled Once Upon a Deadpool.

The movie will be a remixed version of Deadpool 2 that will feature new footage that features actor Fred Savage, but outside of that, there is not expected to be very much new footage.  This version of the superhero comedy will be a limited engagement affair beginning Dec. 12 that runs until Christmas Eve.  Though it won’t be a complete re-release of the original film itself, this is for those who were too young to see the film in its original R-rated state.

Though it will cleverly be renamed to “Fudge Cancer” to keep up with the PG-13 motif, Once Upon a Deadpool is also going to be something of a charity.  “We’ll be giving $1 to every ticket sold to Fuck Cancer,” said Reynolds.
