Check Out a Brief ‘Terminator 6’ Behind-The-Scenes Set Video with Arnold Schwarzenegger

We don’t get to cover a whole lot of Science Fiction here on WFG outside of the comic book genre, so it’s good to be able to share some cool news on the Sci-Fi front. The new, untitled Terminator movie, which has been shooting around Budapest, Hungary, has released a short behind-the-scenes video from the set of the film.

This brief segment, which seems to have been produced to help the city’s film industry, shows the cast and crew talking about shooting in the country. But through this process, we also get glimpses of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton, Mackenzie Davis and some of the film’s impressive-looking sets.

For those unaware, this will technically be the sixth installment in the Terminator franchise, however, it will serve as a direct sequel to The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day, disregarding the subsequent films and The Sarah Connor Chronicles FOX TV series as occurring in alternate timelines. This was a massive success for Universal and Blumhouse last October with 2018’s Halloween being a direct sequel to the original 1978 film, so it may well pay off here with Hamilton reprising her Sarah Conner role for the first time since T2 in 1991.

Gabriel Luna will star as the new Terminator in the film. Billy Ray penned the script while James Cameron produces and Tim Miller (Deadpool) directs. Paramount Pictures will bring the project to theaters on November 1st, 2019.
